Pricing
All pricing on Sweet Sista’s website is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Sweet Sista reserves the right to change without notice.
Ordering
Sweet Sista products can be ordered (pending availability) using our telephone or email services. Please see contact details for further information.
Payment
Payment will be accepted by Credit Card (Mastercard and VISA card only), Direct Deposit, bank cheque or money order. In the event where payment is made by bank cheque or money order, products will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Delivery
Products will be dispatched via Australia Post for Australia Wide delivery. Please expect a 2-5 business day turn around once the item is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We use Australia Post for shipping all of our packages. Please contact us for pricing.
Refunds and Exchanges
Every item is checked for faults prior to dispatch, however, should an item appear damaged or faulty upon receipt of goods, the customer must notify Sweet Sista within 4 days. Please return the item and we will arrange a replacement item if deemed faulty or damaged.
Should an item be the incorrect size, please return within this time period and we will send the correct sized item to you. Please ensure that the item has not been worn or washed.
Sweet Sista will not provide a refund for change of mind.
